I hope everyone has a wonderful summer break. Should you want to get a jump start on the new year, here are some things that you can do over the summer:
Kindergarten – 2nd Grade: Learn to write numbers 0-10 and the colors. Visit YouTube for “Los Colores Song Spanish” by Risa y Sonrisas. These will be the colors that will be the focus for the year.
4th Grade – 8th Grade: Read or re-read the Bizcocho book that is included here as a PDF file. Also, study the Spanish Bingo Vocabulary worksheet with 50 words that is also attached as a PDF file.
My name is Lissette Caro-Rosado and I am the Spanish teacher at St. Jane School. I will be working with students from Kindergarten through Eighth grade on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Three things for success in my class.
- Respect Teachers and Fellow Students
- Actively Participate in the Class
- Complete Assigned Work
My goal is to make the class a fun, learning environment.
Please Note: If you are pulled out of class for band, choir, etc…, it is your responsibility to be prepared for class the following week. You will need to get me the assigned homework before class in order to get full credit. You can do this by leaving it with your teacher or dropping it off at the front office and asking them to put it in my mailbox. Thank-you.
